How will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent to you digitally via email.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, you can show your tickets on your phone or tablet. Printed tickets will also be accepted but are not required.

Is there car parking available onsite?

Yes, our garden centre has free car parking available for use by all customers and visitors to our centre, cafe and Santa’s Grotto.

Where is the entrance?

We have two step free access points. One leads into our main store, whilst the other leads directly into our Planteria.

 

Santa's Grotto: 

The entrance to the Grotto will be directly via the car park near to our main plants entrance. This will be clearly sign posted upon arrival. Exiting the Grotto will take you into our plants department.

What is your refund policy?

Afternoon Tea at the Greenhouse Cafe: 
 

Afternoon Teas are created to fit each order. We are unable to offer refunds for any bookings as ingredients and preparation will prevent us from being able to reuse the food. Please contact us if you require any further details on this point.

Santa's Grotto Experience: 
 

We are able to offer refunds for tickets, but will need at least 7 days notice prior to booked dates to allow for resale time.

Our tickets include a non-refundable Digitickets booking fee which will be reduced upon any refund requested. Please contact us if you require any further details on this point.
